NOWScale is one place to research ideas, publish to your social channels, improve your videos, and follow up on performance and comments. This guide shows what each area does and where to find it.

Main areas

Every area is in the sidebar on the left. On a phone, use the tab bar and More.

Get started

  1. Open Connections and connect a YouTube, TikTok, Instagram or Facebook account.
  2. Select Create in the top bar to start a New post.
  3. Add your video and details, then pick a date and time to schedule it.
  4. Track the post in Calendar, then review results in Analytics.

The Get set up checklist on Home walks you through the same steps.

Find things quickly

  • Press Ctrl K (or Cmd K on Mac) to search posts, channels and pages.
  • Use the Workspace selector at the bottom of the sidebar to switch between Workspaces, Projects and the channels in focus.
  • Open Settings from your account menu in the top right. Settings opens over the page you are on.

What affects availability

Not every action is available for every channel. What you can do depends on:

  • The platform. Some tools, such as Optimize, work only with YouTube videos.
  • Your role. Workspace and Project roles decide whether you can edit, publish, view Analytics or reply to comments.
  • Your plan and Tokens. Your plan includes certain benefits. Some AI actions use Tokens, and the price is shown on the action before you start.
If a feature or channel is missing, first check which Workspace and Project are selected in the sidebar.
